This is the best sandbag on the market. I'll be buying the large one very soon as well. It's super tough, and comes with a small and large inner bag for the 25-75lb sandbag so I can switch out some weight if I need to easily. Tons of handles all over the bag so I can do whatever I want with it.Sandbag carries, cleans, shoulder to shoulder, zercher squats, etc. The sandbag handles are easy to grab and soft. No plastic handles that dig into your shoulder.Best thing about sandbags: works your stabilizer muscles when the weight shifts which makes it more 'real world' vs standard dumbbell and barbell work. I've abused the thing, and it's still super solid. Of course, price... I was looking at this and a competitor of theirs. This one was like ½ the price and looked super strong from the photos and the reviews here. Really happy I didn't pay twice the price or go with a piece of junk that leaks sand all over the place/needs to be refilled often. Can't wait to take this thing to the park and for runs with me.Quality construction, and really happy to add to my Rep Fitness gear. I have a kettlebell, battle rope, med ball, and now this guy! I highly recommend them if you're looking for some awesome equipment!

First, let me give you a background on me: past bodybuilder, past NASM certified personal trainer, dabbled in CrossFit (non-competitive) and ran elite in Spartan Race and held my own if I don't say do myself. After developing shoulder and back injuries and needing surgery soon for two painful hernias, at 34 years old I have decided to retire from competition and work on my new main goal of life long mobility. I bought the 25 pound bag because of my cronic injuries, looking to go lighter with more repetitions and work the whole body in a shorter amount of time (20 to 30 minutes a day). I love the bag and it is my new go to piece of equipment. My weights will be getting very dusty soon. Between body weight exercises and this bag, there is nothing else I need to accomplish my goals of maintaining my desired levels of athleticism, body weight and of course life long mobility with NO MORE pain. The bag is very well made. Treat your investments with respect and they will last you a long time. If you are looking to just slam this into the ground as hard as you can then just go buy a sand bag from the home store and wrap four or five rolls of duct tape around it. If you want a nice piece of equipment with multiple handles and works the whole body then make sure this is added to your gym. Don't underestimate the weight and feeling of lifting with sand. It feels a lot different than iron dumbbells or weights. It shifts and moves and changes shape. 25 pounds is more than plenty for me and my goals now. I am 6ft and 165 pounds.

Fantastic product for what is becoming my favorite fitness company. Better than some of the big names, at a price that's hard to beat.The bag has a variety of different handles to help with whatever workout you have planned that day. All the handles are soft, which is of my favorite features. Some other brands have a harder, plastic handle that rubs when you're carrying the bag on your shoulder.The package came with the bag (rated up to 75lb), and two inserts to fill with sand. Thae inserts are double velcrowed which is extremely helpful. I haven't had any sand leak yet! The two inserts are different sizes, one small & one large. I have close to 50lb in the larger insert, although admittedly I filled past the recommended 3/4 fill line. I'll probably end up with one insert around 45lb and the other around 30lb which is perfect for increasing/decreasing the weight depending on the workout.Overall, a really great product from a company that keeps on impressing.
