Does a nice job of sending out a cool mist, although you will still get pretty wet if sitting within 2 feet of it. Most of the nozzles sent out a fine mist, a couple were more of a very fine stream that didn't dissipate for at least 3-4 feet. The only reason I took a star away was because one of the tubes in the ring kept blowing out of its socket, so I had to use plumber's tape to wrap around the end until it fit snugly. (Even one wrap of electrical tape was too thick.) Other than that, it was super easy to set up and use.The only other problem? It is SO refreshing & comfortable it is easy to stay out in the blazing sun for a whole lot longer than is probably healthy for your skin!
