Wheels don’t move correctly

Wheels do not move smoothly without some force , so tricky manoeuvre for my elderly mum who uses it for sewing

Doubt they would be suitable for adults but my 2 teenagers very happy, lovely bright colours and easy to clean materials

No instructions to assemble so don't know where the different sized screws go.Only been using for a couple of month and the hydraulics have gone already in the chairVery poor quality, you get what you pay for.
