Will this adhesive adhere to rubber? Looking to adhere rubber parking stoppers to asphalt.

I used them to attach plastic reflectors to an asphalt parking lot along the perimeter to mark the edges. They worked well. They have been installed for about six months and have stayed down through an Atlanta winter including freezing temperatures, much rain and some snow. Vehicles do not run over them because they are so close to the edge.

How thick is each piece?

The reflector itself is about 1 1/2 thick, about the same diameter and thickness as the one that you see on the road. They are great to have if you have little lighting on your driveway.

Is it better to use these or max strength Gorilla construction adhesive on fairly rough concrete driveway with fairly high traffic?

I would use the pads, no question about it. I have rough asphalt and the adhesive did not work. Used the pads and zero problems
