We believe it has 40 different colors as the collage on the listing shows. It includes all the brighter colors of the Fossil Fern collection.

Q: I tried scanning in the code for this answer but never got an email. Does this product need to be washed before putting into a quilt?

I was instructed by a lifelong sewer, you should not wash strips, the 5 inch squares or the cake layer. I have used all in quilts and the quilts wash ok when they need washing. But if you don’t wash them you shouldn’t wash any of the material going into the quilt ( such as the backing).

Q: How many jellyrolls does it take to make an 86 x 86 inch quilt?

I’d say three if you’re using just the jelly rolls and no other fabric.
