Good product, it retains heat once the top is closed. Material quality and appearance also good.

Loved it but it isn't leak proof, specially when the stuff inside is hot and you have to keep it straight. So my purpose wasn't solved as I wished to carry it in my bag. Thus has to return it.If anyone wishes to keep it in office, or if it will not be kept in a bag where it can topple over, it's very good.

I am unable to return this product as I left the place of delivery for some urgent work. It's a costly product but waste of money. The tea we put in this cup immediately cools down like an ordinary glass. I am not at all using it. Anybody can come and check it.

I think this is the best one I've ever got, SS 304 which is also known as 18/8 steel, which comprises of 18% chromium & 8% nickel, due to this chemical composition, this is known as the highest grade of steel ever, though SS 316 is above it, but due it's 2% molybdenum composition 316 steel is difficult to give free form shape without cracking, so 304 steel is the most demanding steel in most of the Industries, due it's high heat resistivity, tensile strength & high hardness (not more than 316 steel), due to unawareness of the customers, about the grade of steel that is being used, no one gave proper star rating for this product which I felt very bad, & this product is also very cheap as compared from other sellers who are selling 350 mug almost near to Rs 2000.

Design is good quality is best i love this mug👍👍

Handle broke off after a month and water leaks at the bottom (when pouring in hot water)
