I don't know what PR is going on against this product it's so good i purchased in 2022 and it's 2026 and it's working great . Easy to use , travel friendly . It can also cook Maggie , a curry , sambhar. Best for travelling.

The Havells Capture 1.2 L multi-cook electric kettle is a letdown that relies more on brand name than actual functionality. Heat transfer is inefficient, causing uneven boiling and frequent hot spots that prevent liquids from heating properly or consistently. Boilability is unreliable, often taking longer than expected and sometimes requiring multiple cycles to reach a proper boil. Despite claims of being rust-resistant, signs of staining and dullness appear early with regular use, raising doubts about long-term quality. The noise level is surprisingly high, producing an irritating buzzing and rattling sound during operation. Worst of all, the auto cut-off feature feels poorly calibrated, switching off too early or too late, which either disrupts cooking or risks overheating. Overall, it fails to deliver the safe, efficient, and hassle-free experience expected from a multi-cook kettle.

The product is good, works fine just a few problems I faced... 1. The lid is made of glass thus have to be really careful all the time not to break it. Also from the first use there were noticable white patches that appeared on the surface. 2. The round shape top makes it difficult to pour out hot water... Tends to spill most of the times. A little change in the shape i.e adding an edge for the water to spill from. 3. Boiling water takes time.. not sure if that's because of the low power mode, but its too slow.

Absolute beauty. Worth to be part of your essential kitchen utensil. With a wide mouth and clean surface you can use it for almost any cooking. Boiling water to milk.... anything. Got a sturdy and strong handle to hold the jug. Recommend to all. I used this kettle mainly for preparing boiling of rice, potatoes, green veggies, pasta and eggs, cooking instant noodles. It came handy usually in the morning while preparing breakfast. This electric kettle is very compact and sometimes I took it with me while travelling.

It's been 21 months so far and it is working pretty good, I cannot find much fault in design either. Nice purchase in this price range. It has auto power cut-off when liquid amount is too low to avoid over heating or burn, works pretty well as an alert for cooking rice though.
