What is the thickness of this gasket?

This is a guesstimate as. I don't have access to them right now but I would say about 2 mm thick. You will notice a slight difference when closing the lid when using these gaskets. I'd say they are very useful and seal very well. I know I will be buying more.

what are the actual dimentions of the outer and inner ring?

The actual dimensions are: Inside Diameter - 2.00" Outside Diameter - 2.75" Thickness - 0.0625" (1/16")

It says they are 'regular' at 2.75" diameter, but a regular Mason jar's mouth measures 2-5/8" How do they fit regular jars?

They fit in the white twist-on lids. When screwed down on top of the jar, the mouth of the jar hits the centerline of the ring perfectly.

I have wood lids for canisters that need new gaskets. The measurement is good but will they fit into the groove of the wooden lid?

I use them on metal lids. The gasket is 3/8" wide & 1/16" thick. I hope this will help.
