On arrival the rail was very well protected and i was impressed with the speed of the order.The product is sheer quality, robust , well made and really sturdy.Well worth the money and looks and feels like a quality product. It has made the stairway look upmarket.So easy to install.

The stair rail arrived ahead of time extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. It surpassed all my expectations on quality and looks amazing in my house.It was easy to fit and due to its contemporary design it looks as though it was installed by a professional tradesman as you do not get this sort of quality of build from any of the national D.I.Y chain stores to my knowledge.I would recommend Seagull Ballustrades to anybody considering planning a similar project in the future.

We have been waiting to fit handrails for more than couple of years after completing refurbishment project on our house. We should admit this product exceeded all our expectations and was so easy to fit. One thing fell short was no tools provided (need Hex Key - 2 sizes, wall plugs, instructions) I would highly recommend manufactures to include this part of their kit. I was tempted to give 4 stars for the lack of tools however, the quality and aesthetics of the product compelled me to give a 5 star ! Will highly recommend this to anyone looking to fit a handrail.

The bannister was perfect. Still awaiting the joiner to install, but it looks beautiful and was well-packaged. Too well-packaged for an idiot like me. Great for protection of the product, but took me some effort to unwrap. The bannister looks satin-polished as promised and is a solid, good-looking object. I'm certain it will look even better once it's on the wall. Well worth the money, I think.

A luxury finish to the decorating we've had done in the hall and stairs, very nice finish, good quality, well packaged and arrived much quicker than originally advised. Possibly a little expensive for a handrail but couldn't find what we wanted elsewhere and its well worth the money.Very impressed.

Please be aware of the following. The product arrived with badly machined and different metal end plugs to the style advertised on Amazon and the manufactures website. We rang the manufacture who first stated it was their error and they asked for photographs. After receiving the images they emailed us to say that they were no longer producing the advertised design. Later when we removed the plastic covering from the balustrade we found that the surface finish was very rough on the underside of the tube and that the length of the tube showed a 30mm wide spiral effect where it had been passed too fast through the surface finishing machine. Finally we have discovered that the brackets that mount the tube to the wall are very shape and cut your fingers when running your hand down the balustrade. We cannot recommend this product.
