There are no instructions you have to go on the internet to see how to assembly Other than that it is a great product

Refill cost $350 for 2 !!

I have ordered 4 of these dispensers and I have not been able to get any of them to work. I have the correct refills in fact I have a stand Purell sanitizer dispenser and the refills work in it but not in the new ones. The only difference in these dispensers is they do not have Purell name printed on the front, they have SkilCraft. They say they are Purell on the Amazon add photo. I have called the company and no one has returned my calls and I have filled out an email for customer service and have not had a response in over a week.
