Worked fantastic for a year in Africa.
I used this every day for a year in Africa. It worked perfectly even with frequent power outages in the city. Having electricity go on and off about 30X daily can cause havoc on any electrical device over time but this never failed me. All the outlets on this device worked and the travel bag was great to store all the adaptors, wire, and device itself. I gave it to my family members for traveling overseas too. Very easy to use and versatile. Very highly recommended.

A great converter for traveling
I bought this converter for a recent trip to Italy. We used it in every hotel and it worked great. It came in real handy because some hotel rooms only had one outlet for the entire room. We didn't even need to use our phone chargers. We could just plug the phones/tablets into the USB's on the side of the converter. I did find that if you plugged something into all 4 USB's and then tried to plug something into the outlets, the converter would overload (I think). We noticed our tablet would charge for 10 seconds and then not charge for 10 seconds. Then charge for 10 seconds.... Once we unplugged something, everything resumed normal charging. That wasn't a big deal and could've been related to the hotel electricity.

Overall definitely a good choice!
This adapter has served me well through Lisbon, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Brussels, and London. I was a little nervous after a friend dropped it and their clothes steamer wasn't working, but it was a user error issue. There's occasionally a little bit of an arc when plugging things in, but not enough to worry about. Occasionally, the fan in the little adapter switches on. It's not loud, just a bit distracting. I've loved being able to use my CPAP machine with it (finding distilled water has been nearly impossible though) and using my cell phone charger and Fitbit charger at the same time. Super convenient. I felt silly about bringing all the attachments until I got to London and suddenly the main plug I'd been using wouldn't fit. It wasn't a waste of space in my bag after all! It's definitely bulkier than the little all in one plugs, but I think it also serves more purposes than those little ones do.
