Bad quality
This pan weighs crazy but burns all food. Even on sim it burns. No even heat distribution. And whatever we cook while cleaning you can see the mark in the base staining the vessel. I don’t know how this is made and for what. In gas I am not able to cook anything with this product. It’s cheap and doesn’t fit my needs. Durability I don’t know because I’m not doing anything with it anymore.
