Just like at pub!
My local Irish pub made me mad enough that I didn't want to go back (long boring story about bad service). I mainly went there for the chips and curry sauce. Fortunately, their menu said the brand, and I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. It's a powder that you stir into water and then heat on the stovetop, which results in a thick dipping sauce that tastes amazing. It's very simple to cook and exactly what the pub used. Now I can have chips and curry sauce at home! Goes great with a double pour of Irish whiskey.

A taste of home!
My husband is Irish and was missing the curry. We can't find it anywhere here in Missouri. On trips back home, he will bring back a suitcase of it. Loved being able to order McDonnell curry. Wish it didn't take weeks to arrive, and seemed fairly pricey, but worth it after seeing the man's face when he saw it on the table!

It's addictive!
If you follow the exact instructions, you'll find that McDonnells is the best pre-mixed curry EVER. It has so much deep flavor that every bite brings happiness and joy to my taste buds and lifts my spirit. The only problem is that I find myself thinking about making a quick chicken and potato curry all the time so be forewarned, if you taste it one time, you're hooked.
