What product do I buy that is just the adhesive so that I can reuse the hooks?

I don't think that the adhesive is sold separately .... without the hooks. You might want to check directly with the company.

Does anyone know How Much weight these can Hold?

The description says they each hold 1/2 a pound.

Will these stick to textured walls, to hang up baseball hats?
