BEST POT SET AND GOID PRICE
Nice looking set. Came wrapped and made beautifully. Cooks wonderfully - even heat, metal lids lock in flavor and nutrients. I cook rice in pots without issues and the fry pan cooks my boneless skinless chicken breasts perfectly. Nothing sticks and pots clean up easy - All my cooking vessels have been and always will be STAINLESS STEEL. When you cook and clean as instructions say you will have no issues with these pans; one of the better made sets I've owned in 45yrs and I even had an $800 set of All Clad which turned out to be not so great. Please STOP cooking on needless HI-HOT cook settings! Plan an extra 15-20 min to cook what you want instead of using hi heat and ruining your pot set. And let your pans cool before cleaning. If you want to get bits of whatever off bottom of pan then add WARM OR HOT WATER and turn burner on low and rub off food. Then cool and wash. I ONLY USE SILICONE utensils on any cookware as ALL type of utensil materials will scrape any and every cookware except 100% heat resistant silicone utensils. So STOP using wood plastic metal etc on your cookware even if maker says OK as eventually your pots will scratch. And ONLY USE DOBIE scrubber/sponge or regular cotton rags or sponges as yes, others will scratch. NEVER USE DISHWASHER ON POTS - actually with the exception of bisconate glass products I never use a dishwasher as the machine wears down materials on dishes, silverware, pots etc. Buy a good product, follow instructions, take good care of your products and use common sense and your cookware and everything else in kitchen will last for years and years.

Great Set, But a Little Disappointed
I'm no chef. Cooking is not my business, but like everyone else, it is a big part of my family life. I got these on sale, so very happy with the set for what I paid. I do believe it is a great value. But, the one major question I had was, will food stick to it? The most popular reviewer said not a problem. I disagree. Even keeping it away from High temp setting, food still sticks, and sometimes sticks on really good. Since food sticks anyway, I use Barkeeper's Friend to clean off stubborn stains. My other sticking point that wasn't so obvious, is that the lids are not see through. The lid is so shiny and reflective, it looks like it in the pictures, but they are not. For these two reason, I knock off a star. How does this set cook? Really well! The three ply works great and foods seem to cook evenly. No disappointments here. Since food sticks anyway, I now have no problems using high heat settings, but be careful, as you can easily burn things. I mainly do this boiling water and starting up, only if I'm attending and paying attention. The set looks gorgeous. Just having these out will transform your kitchen into something classy. Keep them polished, and they will impress. They are heavy and feel solid, built well and feels like quality. I have used the pan in the oven. No issues. The handles don't get hot on the stove, but coming out of the oven, they retained the heat a long time. Be careful here. I have no regrets buying these, even if I wish the food wouldn't stick. But, it performs so well, and looks terrific, that I'll live with the shortcomings.

My new toys! Excellent cookware!
This is an excellent set, and for the price, you cannot go wrong. I searched and read about cookware for months. I went back and forth between the Anolon hard anodized sets and stainless steel. I was afraid of stainless steel because I once had a pot that I burned and I didn't know how to clean it, so I threw it away. After reading about them and getting my hands on a really nice pan that was supplied in a hotel suite, I fell in love with stainless steel. Not only are they beautiful, but clean up is a breeze if you know what you're doing. I drooled over the All-Clad set for months, but of course, the downside to the brand is the price. Finally, I landed on this set on Amazon. I read a few pages of the reviews, and I was sold. I shopped around for prices and again, Amazon was the winner. I ordered the set and got it a couple days later (thanks to my student Amazon prime!). Unwrapping the set was alot of fun. My husband couldn't understand the excitment and my toddlers loved that they could see their reflections on the lids. They were neatly packed and I didn't have any issues with defects, well, except for a few scratches on one of the pots, but it was minor. Since I've gotten them, I've used the pans, stockpot and the sauce pans. They heat up pretty quickly and I haven't had issues with my food burning except while trying to make over easy eggs. Those stuck like crazy but I'm pretty sure it was me and not the pan. One thing to note is that for a family of 4, the pans are not big enough. I've purchased a 5.5 qt casserole pan since and got it today! I can't wait to go home and play with it. I call this set my new toy because I cannot wait to cook on them now. At the same time, they work great, and are very practical. They will last many years, I'm sure. Another thing to note is that I stack my pans and they do scratch. Nothing major, and I did start putting something in between the stacks so hopefully that will work. Also, barkeeper's friend is great. Got the stuck eggs off with no problems. Highly recommended!!
