Montana WestShoulder Bag Concealed Carry Purses and Handbags for Women Shoulder Bag

I actually just received this purse today (the navy one.) I love the look and feel. It has lots of pockets and is very roomy. I do have just a couple complaints already, first it does not come with a holster for my gun, thankfully I already own other conceal carry purses that did come with one so I was able to remove one from those and it Velcro’s in just fine. I’m not real sure why this one doesn’t come with one. Also the longer strap is way to long, even for a crossbody style. Granted I am only 5’2”, however I think it would be to long on anyone, especially for a concealed carry purse. It is adjustable, however not adjustable enough. When you adjust the strap it doesn’t have a clasp to hold the longer part close to the strap. I ended up putting the strap back into the original hole and tied a knot in the strap. Overall I am pleased with my purchase so far, if that changes I will update my review.

I wasn't looking for leather bag quality when I purchased this but in general, it could use improving. I own two leather Montana West bags so I know they are capable of better. The shoulder strap is too thin and too long. It's not substantial enough and falls too low is using for conceal carry. Also, the zippers should be smoother operating....especially on the handgun compartments. If the manufacturer had just taken it up a notch this would have been a five star affordable bag.On the positive side, it's a fantastic color for summer and is super soft and roomy.

At first glance I couldn't decide which purse I wanted more....this one or one similar. I ended up doing a purse poll. This is the one 90% of my friends and family liked. I'm so glad I went with this one...the picture does not do justice. I love this purse.

Okay, so I bought this purse because I liked the studs, it's a hobo bag with the optional longer strap, the color is so vibrant, it's leather, it's from Texas and I used to live there, the inside isn't black-it's a nice fabric, it has gun storage and I don't have a gun, so that's funny, it's a fun purse! I love LOVE it. The zippers work well, it has a lot of pockets inside, some with zippers, it's very comfortable on the shoulder, it's deep so finding my ear bud is hilarious sometimes (i think it's inside, but it's on the outer pocket)! They have another really cute color, it's like sea green from the 50's, so tempting....I'm good with the blue for now. I regularly go and see what Montana West has for sale now. The zippers on both ends of the purse for the gun I don't have are neat! Just such a great idea for gun owners, I think. I stuck my phone in there one day when I was in a hurry. The side pocket is not big enough for my otter box-clad phone, oh well, right? So many other great things about this purse. Can you tell that I love it? Get one for yourself and feel the fun....I'm way too happy about this, you're thinking, but I previously had a job where carrying a purse wasn't feasible so now I got a new purse and I'm having fun with it!

Lots of room and compartments to keep items separate. My gun fits nicely inside and I feel it is secure. The purse is very light and seems to be well made, especially for the price. The only negative is that I thought the studs & metal accents looked silver in the pic when I bought it but they are gold. I typically don't by things with gold accents but will make an exception on this purse because it isn't gaudy. I will definitely by another one in a color that has the silver studs :)

The media could not be loaded.  I thought I was getting a deal on a concealed carry bag, normally $49.99 but on sale here for $20, I do like the bag, the color is great and it seams study, I like the higher top flap on the outside of the bag but I see no side zipper for a firearm nor is there any specific place to put one inside the bag. Happy with the $20 decent bag but wish I’d came as described, I love a deal and I read through many reviews before taking my chances on this one so the bag for the price is great but I’d rather have spent whole price and got what I was looking for.

This purse is beautiful. The pink is much prettier in person and comes with a shoulder strap. It is so soft and completely lined. Plenty of room for everything. I’m totally pleased with my purchase😊

I've had this purse a few weeks, and a much as I like it, I'm going to have to find something else.I like the look of this purse, the shoulder strap is a good length, and overall it holds a lot. For a non conceal carry purse it's good. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of structure and it'ss very hard to do anything one-handed. Taking anything out or putting things into the purse has required 2 hands more times than I can count. Its simply not practical for me.
