I've had pain in my hands and numbness in my fingertips for a couple years. Sometimes so uncomfortable that it wakes me up at night. I don't understand how these gloves work... but they have helped me. I ALWAYS wear them to sleep. Often put them on in the daytime too. I wear them under my gardening gloves to work in the garden and mow the lawn. TIP: they are tricky to pull off as the fingers are tight... so I just pull them off by the wrist band... shake them out... and then just wear them inside-out the next time. The directions say to hand wash... but I have put them thru the washer and they were fine. Even the dryer didn't hurt them the one time I forgot and sent them thru. Very comforting on...and nothing else has helped.

These have worked well for me. I sleep in them as the pin in my baby finger decides to act up all night long and the two sprained fingers next to it have to get into the act. They are good compression and love the feel. And great price!

The small are still too big for me, thus providing no compression.
