WELL DONE - Does the job 101%
Wasnt expecting this. Its pretty small... it DOES take a long time to charge..expect 6-8 hours from a 2a charger (USB) but..Last night I went to bed at 10m - set it for 24v (wish there was a way to set that in memory...but its no biggie)Plugged into my Airsense 10 and....It just worked! Was awake at 5:45am (normal for me) was still showing between about 1/4 to 1/2 charge (probably more 1/4)It just WORKS!Its not too heavy - the lables on the cables leave you NO doubt AND remind you of the voltage (nice touch)I was going to rent one... but this is marginally cheaper - its mine for life - its neat small and tidy - will go into my CPAP bag easily with its data sheet in case some official gets funny about it...ALL in ALL - so long as it recharges again today and I just top up when Im on hols...means I fly home without clearing the cabin with my snoring AND I can wake up feeling "normal" not illegal tired..WELL DONEAlso the support team are really easy to communicate with! What a resultAND an update: went throught UK and jamaican airport checks.... powered my mask for the way home... absolutely marvellous!UPDATE: 6th Feb 2025NO ISSUES with going through UK security or Jamaican. - Its very compact...drove my Airsense10 without an issue ...and also charged my seat neighbours phone when I woke...impressed. Its lightweight and all the cables are labelled - I put a bit of brother/dymo tape on mine so I could see the voltage in the aircraft that I needed...Utterly impressed.I carried the data sheerts (sent to me by the manufacturer in my CPAP machine case - and let my airline know...Just waived through!

So pleased
I have bought this for a cycle tour when I will be camping. I have a Resmed Airmini travel CPAP. I bought a 200w charger also from here on Amazon with PD60 for fast charging. I have been selecting the 24v and I wonder if other users who have had problems have been selecting this which might account for the unreliable performance some have reported. It uses less than half the battery for an 8 hour night with the airmini, I haven't tried it for a second night but I am reasonably confident it would see me through that too. With the fast charger, it recharges to full in under an hour, which I find amazing!!!!. When I am on my cycle tour I am hoping I'll be able to stop in a cafe for lunch who lets me use their power to recharge, and I will be set up for the next night. So this is really a review for both the battery and charger. If you want to buy the same charger as I did, the model number is PD3605 and if I search that on Amazon, the correct item comes up. And I wholeheartedly recommend this battery, because I bought it 6 weeks ago and I have used it one night a week since then to test it, instead of my regular Airsense 10, without any problems arising.

AVOID. Turns itself off while you are sleeping!!
Turns itself OFF mid-sleep! Bought this 6 days ago and was waiting for a P10 mask to be delivered to try it at home ahead of a transatlantic flight. I’m using Resmed AirMini, Resmed P10. Started machine at 10:30pm and was woken at 1:30am as battery had turned off. Turned it back on, then it happened again at 4:30am. Seems to turn off after 3 hours! Checked charge and there is plenty left, plus it was charged for 12 hours, so not sure what is going on, but I’m returning this as it is no good at all for an uninterrupted night of sleep.

No Passthrough
I purchased this device to act as a battery backup for a CPAP machine. It is a very well crafted device, not too large, smart, rounded comfortable corners. I wanted to like it.I bought a separate cable as recommended for CPAP compatibility.Turning it on at the start of a session is a bit fiddly, as you have to always set the voltage after you turn it on by cycling through voltages.Unfortunately, when turned on it disables the ability to charge the battery or pass through the power, so it is a replacement rather than a backup power source. After fully charging during the day, my Airsense 10 left it with one bar out of the four still showing after 8 hours of usage. I'm not sure how far into the last 25% that was, but it made me a bit nervous that it might be about to expire.Because of the lack of usefulness as an inline backup I have had to return it. Other batteries from the vendor do allow for pass-through so it was a disappointment.
