Received broken item, and i dont have the right for refund and replacement Shame!!!

Misleading packaging
The description wasn’t clear enough. I was under the impressions it would be single shots, which is what I wanted, and they don’t need refrigeration. Only to find out it comes in one big bottle and you have to do 15ml servings, and also refrigerate once opened. Not very convenient!
