Great for when you can't refrigerate and college dorms
I send this once every couple months to my college kiddo. He lives in the dorm and has only a mini refrigerator so having a creamer that is a large size won't fit. This one doesn't require refrigeration so he can store it easily. Both he and his roommate say the taste is good and sizing means we don't have to buy it weekly. Amazon also sends straight to the dormitory.

The pump does not work properly.
Two of the bottles that were half full I had to throw away. The pump was very hard to push down and very little creamer came out.Very disappointed .

Like no fridge but note-sweeter
I like that you can have this for 30 days (after opening) and not have it in the fridge, but note that it seems sweeter than the refrigerated type. Which means I use less of it.

A Spectacular Design Fail
It shouldn't take half a dozen you tube videos and a bunch of reddit research to get the pump working -- yet that's what it took. And even then it was a sticky, disgusting mess and the pump refused to "pop up," making it useless. This is not an issue of user error -- that all these videos and reddit comments even exist points to a design issue. A simple product pump should do what it promises -- move the prodct from the container to your coffee cup, cleanly and reliably. And in this simple goal, it fails spectacularly.UPDATE: It took hours, but finally got the pump working properly. Have added a couple stars to the review, as the pump DOES work, after lots of trial and error and help from social media sources. The design is still bad and the pump works poorly. The glue-like consistency of the creamer makes clean up a chore.
