## Description

Our standard ro water tanks offer quality water storage for use with most residential Reverse osmosis systems. Built with stainless steel construction, these durable tanks will deliver a continuous and stable supply of purified water at a fast flow rate with high volume suitable for average to large size families. Supported by fully enclosed polypropylene and butyl reservoirs, these storage tanks provide airtight protection against leaks. Their stainless steel connectors ensure leach-free integrity while post-cured diaphragms eliminate the possibility of odors from the tank. Individually pressure-tested for safety, all our tanks are certified and ce approved for materials quality, safety, and durability making them suitable for use anywhere in the world. Review: So far, so good! - I bought this to replace the stock tank for my RO system from GE. The old tank was barely putting out two cups of water at a time. However, the stock replacement was going to be around $150, so I was looking for a cheaper option. Since this tank is carried by the same store that I bought the RO system from, and they have it labeled as an "industry standard" in terms of pressure settings, I decided to give it a try. And so far, it works great! Much better pressure, and I get a lot more water out of the system at a time. Notably too, the water tastes better! Maybe because it's not mixing with old, stagnant water that can't be expelled. Super easy to install! Bought a shut off valve fitting to connect the tank to the plastic line of my system, and managed to connect it easily. Be sure to use plumbers tape on the fitting. I also used an O-ring for good measure. So far, no issues with leaking, as other people are reporting in their reviews.

**Q: What is the recommended pressure for this expansion tank?**
A: They come pressurized from the manufacturer with a required 4-6 psi.

**Q: What is the size of the male threaded fitting on the top?  3/8"?**
A: Size? Mine is in storage so not sure . The thread is tapered for a tight fit. Check APEC web site. It likely is the 3/8". Appears to be less than 1/2" and for sure more than 1/4"

**Q: What is the recommended pressure for this expansion tank?**
A: Label on my tank says 100 psi max.
At one point, my tank was not putting out much water. I hooked up a pump which said there was about 20psi in the tank. I charged it to 95 and it works like it did when it was new.

**Q: I need replacement tank for my Ecowater ero335. Is this a comparable model. The company here says everything out there is plastic.**
A: I do t know if this will fit your exact model. But it should. just make sure the intake/outtake valve is the same size as your current tank. This one is definitely not plastic and the water has tasted great.
