Q: Does this contain fluoride?

No, it is not listed on the package. I doubt that it would, because though I am not an expert, it seems to me that fluoride it applied to cover the whole tooth rather than one spot touched by floss. Or ingested.

Q: Please clarify, is this 12 packs or 4 packs? The ad says both.

I bought the four pack. They may also sell a 12 pack which may be causing the confusion.

Q: The product advertising, my order, and my invoice say that this is a package of 4. When the order arrived, I received only 1 package. The other 3?

I have ordered this same pack of 4 in the past and always received 4. However, when I ordered the pack of four on 02/26/2021, I only received 1 item, not 4. Thinking it was a fluke, I filled out the return form on the order page, selected missing items as the reason for the return and then selected to have the same pack of 4 reshipped to me. The replacement package arrived the next day, but once again there was only 1 inside, not 4. So I filled out the return form again, this time claiming the description is wrong. Once it is picked up by UPS tomorrow I should be issued a refund.

There are 4 boxes of floss in each package. I ordered 3 packages and received 12 boxes of floss. We love the cinnamon which isn't available locally any more.
