The smoke is coming out of the boiler. Will never order this brand again. The good reviews is only from USA customers, whatever they send to UAE is different quality cause other people here weren't happy either. Its a shame I didn't notice that before I placed the order

I hesitated for weeks before I bought this after having dealt with a bad Rowenta iron for years Did I really want to buy another of their products? However I am so glad that I did. This is the best iron a gay man could ever have. And the best product ever. I never write reviews but needed to on this purchase. All the positive things that people say are true. All the negative things are crap. This is the real deal.A couple things I wanted to know before I purchased…how long is the steam cord? About 7 feet. Can you put the steam generator on the floor…yes, you get all the steam you want and can reach to all the difficult spots.The best thing is that you have continuous steam if you want and don’t need to dampen clothes beforehand. This is a real time saver.

This is the 2nd iron i have received and they both worked for about a week and then have stopped working altogether so I have had to send them both back.I am not very happy with this.

Excelente la verdad se redujo el tiempo de planchado a poco más del 50%. Vale cada peso de lo que cuesta, adicional puedes regular la potencia hasta el momento hemos tenido necesidad de usar el 100% de la potencia.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I searched for a steamer for about a month, but everything I found under $200 didn't steam my clothes; it just soaked them. I was a bit skeptical about whether the steam flow would be enough to steam cotton T-shirts vertically, rather than constantly ironing horizontally. Yes! Steaming and ironing clothes are no longer irritating or frustrating. After turning on the iron, it only takes a minute and a half to two minutes, and the steam is ready! Before buying, I read about the button sticking when steaming, and I've encountered this twice in six months. (This wasn't a deal-breaker, as all the other advantages made me overlook it.) 😃
