"It's a Beautiful World Scratch Your TravelsTM - World Map (30x20in)

Got this as a present for my friend. It came in a tube with a paper covering the actual map. When I took it out, there were no scratches or marks. It was very beautiful, and I was extremely happy with the quality. She did get the map framed and scratched off a couple of the locations. That is pictured with this review.

I didn't have and issues with shipping or damage. It was in a stiff cardboard tube then within its own Amazon box. Scratching the locations is easy. Don't be too touch and use a coin. For the edges I used a metal nail file with a point so I could get close to the edges without taking too much off. Overall I am very happy

I really love this map! It looks great and it's fun to scratch off a new country after a trip. However, it's disappointing that Antarctica isn't included on the map. Jetsetter has another map that is very similar to this one and that map does include Antarctica however it doesn't include the "It's a Beautiful World" text at the top of the map. It would be nice if Jetsetter could update this map to include Antarctica.

Came in perfect condition! Excited to gift this to my friend who loves to travel the world.It's much prettier than most other scratch off world maps I saw.

It is tough to scratch off and then the colors are very faded.Waste of money.

This was perfect! So cute, and was exactly as described. It is also really big. I was worried it would be a small size to hang, but it is truly a 20x30. And there were no scratches, bends, etc. Great buy!

Overall, I think this map is beautiful. It will be staying on my wall for sure while I scratch off new places! I would say though that I am disappointed this is missing a handful of smaller countries. (San Marino, for example.) Even just a label indicating their location would be nice.Also, once the gold material is scratched off, it leaves a stain. The bright colors of the watercolor don't "pop" because it has this grey residue left over. Probably for this to work, you would need to make the back of the map out of a glossy cardstock (like actual scratch off tickets) so it didn't leave behind this residue. Instead, this is made out of plain, semi-gloss lightweight paper, so it leaves the stain behind.Doesn't look like the pictures when scratched off... almost dirty. Wish I had bought something a little pricier for better quality but I like it enough to stay on my wall for the time being. It's still pretty regardless.

I searched for a long time to find a scratch off map I really liked- trying to balance nice colors with a decent background. I ultimately settled on this one because of the great watercolors under the gold- it looks so awesome as an art piece that I don't even mind the plain background. I bought another one for my friend 2 weeks later!
