The seats in cars, and particularly the headrests, are not designed for those of us who are shorter. This solves that issue without pushing my head forward. It’s not hard to install, but it’s inexpensive enough that I bought one for both my car and my husband’s so I don’t have to remember to switch it.

I love this neck/head pillow for the car. I use it for the front driver's seat. I was not sure about the shape, but it intrigued me enough to give it a try. I am very glad that I did. I wanted it to support my neck, as most car seats leave a gap between the head and back with no support in between. My neck rests against the middle part of this pillow. My head rests against the middle to upper part of this pillow. If I lean back a little, this pillow supports my neck while cushioning the back of my head. The pillow seems naturally to align my head and back in the right way. I have another car neck pillow that is smaller and only contacts/supports my neck. That is helpful. However, this larger pillow that contacts both the back of my head and my neck feels much better and much more comfortable. I recommend this car pillow!

I spend about half of my day driving, and have terrible neck pain as a result. I knew something had to change, so I figured I would give this a try. It arrived very quickly and I adjusted it on to the headrest of the driver's seat immediately. My first trip was an hour and a half and I didn't expect to feel an immediate difference. I was wrong -- I felt the comfort as soon as I sat down in the seat. My neck wasn't hyper extending back to feel the headrest in an uncomfortable fashion nor was I hanging my head lower while driving. This pillow cradles my neck and rests at my shoulders in a supportive and ergonomic manner. For the first time in a long time, I didn't get a headache or feel dramatic tension on my neck and shoulders after a long day of driving. I highly recommend this if you spend a significant time in the car and want to reduce stress and tension on your neck, shoulders, and head.

Good product. Loved it when I bought it. I use it everyday in my car and it is really comfortable. I have bucket seats in my car, and my neck always hurt me when I drove for a long time. This gave me relief and feels great support on my neck. Although I've been using it for 5 months now, the pillow has become somewhat deformed and does not provide the great support it used to. So I still think it's a good product for the price for at least 6 months.

It works great for my Corsair T60 gaming chair (see pics). The adjustable strap is just the right length and the top strap keeps it in place. I ordered it last week when the price was $12.99. It comes with a cloth carry case. It was fully expanded out of the case. I measured it and the picture dimensions, except for the width, are correct. The bottom of it is 9.8" wide, the top is 10.8" wide. The memory foam is comfortable. There is just enough give to it to give my head support.

Wow this thing is fantastic. I went off the reviews and took the chance in buying and boy am I glad I did. Right out of the box, I knew I'd be happy. NO SMELL VERY CUSHY, but yet SUPPORTIVE. I am using it right now actually, while I write this review. See, I had to buy some kind of pillow for my zero gravity lawn chair because my dogs decided that they wanted the original pillow that came with the chair and they tore it up. Bad doggies! So, I searched for another pillow but it had to have a long enough strap. First I bought one of those cheap bone ones, and it was ok, kind of hard, but the strap was too short. And now I found this one! And it's like Goldilock's dream pillow: It's just right! It cradles my neck perfect and I just love the fact that it's got more cushion on top and it levels out to less toward the bottom so that my head doesn't feel like it's being forced into an uncomfortable position. Bottom line: It's WORTH the MONEY! I bought this hoping it'd work out and so happy that I did because it's great. The strap also comes with an extra strap that you can add onto the one attached, so that's what sold me on it.

I could NEVER get comfortable in the driver's seat of any my cars; the headrests that come with the car are simply not made for shorter-statured (I'm 5'3") people, and they force my head forward into an unnatural, uncomfortable angle. I solved part of my problem with this headrest. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the elastic that's used to secure it to the back of the headrest keeps slipping off (perhaps Velcro would have been better?). The foam is definitely not squishy soft or sponge-y; rather, it's supportive memory foam that returns to it's normal shape after being used. I recommend this headrest if you're willing to play with your seat adjustments.
