A good headset
I bought this headset because I needed a new one for work. This headset has great sound and mic quality. This set was easy to connect to my computer and I loved the volume control button. My favorite part is the noice cancellation which is important for my job and overall the performance is great. My only dislike is the comfort of the product. This headset likes to move around and slip off my head. Sometimes putting my hair back will help and adjusting the tightness of the actual head part but it is a flaw in this product.

Horrible Do Not Purchase
I literally hate this product! I was excited because the headset is cute and even comfortable, but there’s no noise cancellation. On top of that, the mute button doesn’t work at all. I thought I had muted myself when the switch turned red, but my customer could still hear me! Thankfully, I didn’t say anything negative.To test it, I tried speaking while the mic was “muted” (red) and even when I turned it off completely—they could still hear me. How does that even make sense?! This is false advertising at its worst. If I could go back, I would never purchase this headset.

Microphone length is short
Great sound on headset. Super comfortable ear piece. Microphone length could be better. It is very short making it hard for customers to hear me. I had to manually pull the microphone closer to my mouth which made the headset difficult to wear for a wfh job.

Great product great price
Very user friendly, Light weight yet very durable and comfortable. Sound is perfect, mute feature is great. The color is as advertised. Cord has plenty of length. Highly recommend.
