LOVE this heating pad
I love this heating pad because the Low setting isn’t too hot. And it stays on a good while before shutting off. Has a pouch for hands. Only downside is this HUGE plug right next to the pad.

Versatile design
Easily Conforms to back, knee or shoulder. Heat is even and gets hot but stays comfortable.

It stopped working after a few days of using. Great idea though.
I got this for a breast abscess and it was great until it stopped working. All the lights on the control started blinking and to turn it off the plug had to be disconnected. Now it only works for one minute then all the lights start blinking. Have to disconnect from power over and over. Even on the low setting this happens. Too bad because it's a great idea for a small area and the velcro helps it to stay in position.

Not very good for a knee
I got it for my knee. It’s not the best for a knee but I love the hand pockets and it’s easy to use on lower back and abdomen

Bought 5 so far this year for gifts
The design is a game changer for knee and leg and neck concerns. I rarely buy something made in China but I bought this and I'm glad I did.

It is very good except for the Velcro straps and it is smaller than I expected.
It is smaller than I expected. The Velcro raps are very hard to connect.

It lasted maybe 4 uses then stopped working. :O

Wonderful producr!!!
I broke my back in December. This heating pad has been a life saver!!! Nice long cord so I can work with it on. Fits snug but not tight, so I get constant steady heat. Truly a life saver
