Customer Service
Had some issues with the first delivery and when I messaged B Strong to explain what was going on they overnighted this set to me and made sure it was delivered. They went above and beyond to help me out. 5 stars all the way

Love it
This problem gives the most amazing pumps, and I’ve grown my arms an inch in a year. Even my training partner loves him.

Easy to use
The product works like it should! When I use it I definitely get a pump. Seems to leave me feeling good when I’m finished! I am 71 and will continue to use this

Faster pinches skin
Product pinches the skin where the Velcro strap folds through the metal fastener. There needs to be an improvement t to the product to add a protection flap (think how the versa grips wrist grips are designed). Otherwise the product works as designed.

Made in the same factory as B3 BFR bands
Tried them at a physicians seminar and found they work great! Bought on Amazon under this brand knowing they are identical products.

Too Narrow & Do NOT work as they should
I saw someone at my gym using these. As a healthcare professional I had never seen this brand and looked them up. After receiving them, I realized that these don't work at all like the BFR Cuffs we use at the hospital. These cuffs are WAY too narrow to use, especially on the legs. Also, there doesn't seem to be enough stimulus or effectiveness since the air portion of the cuff does not go all the way around. Last, the metal portion hurts your skin :(

Customer Support Non-Existant
At age 66, getting back into a workout routine isn't easy .. even tougher for the wife who never had a structured routine to begin with. But we've both started slowly and I'm getting some of my memory back for the most favorable exercises and muscle-group frequency that best suit. The bands and hand pump are first-rate quality. My only concern would be at the neoprene attachment points for the hand-pump. As neoprene ages, it gets brittle. And attaching the pump can be confusing at first when trying to ensure a good connection is made. If I had to predict a single point of (future) failure, it would be those connection points. As I develope my workout routine, I've followed a couple of "truths" discovered in my online research .. don't leave the bands on for over 20 minutes at a time, don't use heavy weight ... 60-80% less than your heaviest repetition is perfect. BFR stresses repetitions rather than "heavy".After three weeks, I find it OK try to push myself a little and don't concern myself if the workout takes the occasional detour (intensity). At 66, it's going to take a lot longer to get back into shape than it did when I was 25. And I do like significantly less soreness the day after a hard workout. The energy bounces back faster and low muscle soreness helps you stay on your workout plan without unnecessary days off to heal.So ... the short of it is I do very much like BFR (occlusion) training and my wife does too. Now .. why take two stars off? (1) BStrong wants to charge you a big chunk of cash to get access to their version of a training program, as if $400 isn't enough for those on a fixed income. That certainly would not be acceptable for someone who is seriously cash-strapped and trying to use the system to recover from an injury. (2). I sent two e-mails to BStrong Support over a three week period and recieved nothing in the form of a reply. The first regarded assistance navigating their somewhat "clunky" App interface and the second concerned a question regarding [daily] frequency of use.So zero response from Support tells me no one is working their Support line. That to me is a HUGE issue for a $400 expense. And no assistance navigating the unnecessarily "clunky" (needs re-working) App interface. Each of those two points drops a star from the rating. That said, if you are self-motivated .. the BStrong BFR Training system is worth the expense and you should consider a purchase. Just don't be terribly frustrated if they ignore you after the purchase which is certainly what they have done in my case. Oh .. one last thing .. dig deep and you'll find a few things on YouTube that will help fill in the gaps on how to set up your individual training.
