使用1ヶ月で大量のひび割れが発生
装着・使用開始して1ヶ月弱、走行距離100km未満で、写真のような側面のひび割れが大量発生しました。 写真にもあるように、まだ頂上部の新品タイヤのピラピラすら残っている使用状況でこの有り様です。 空気圧は、当方の体重58−65kgに対するPIRELLIの推奨空気圧5.5bar、タイヤに記載の最大許容空気圧7.5barに対して、6.0barで使用しており、全く問題はないはずです。 本品の前にも、別な小売店で購入した全く同じ銘柄・サイズのタイヤを同じ自転車に同じ条件で使用していましたが、2年ほど使用してこのような症状は全くありませんでしたので、当該商品の個体（生産ないし流通・保管）の問題である可能性が大きいとも考えています。

Great tire for tough to mount rims.
These tires last a few months typically as i ride about 100 miles per week. They are easiest mount than any other tire i have tried (conti and bontrager) on my rolf carbons. Also, after a few weeks can mount without any tools as they stretch. I typically replace them 8 months or so when i start getting many pinholes wear marks. Also when the tire squares off from wear. Usually do not experience flats. Great tire!

Mehr Kontrolle als beim GP5000 bei gleicher Leistung; kommt an die Lebensdauer der Conti nicht ran
Die Pirelli sind sogar ein paar Gramm leichter, fahren sich m.E. sogar besser (habe 19mm Felgeninnenbreite) und sind von der Leistung (hier: Tempo) mindestens genauso gut wie die Conti, wahrscheinlich sogar besser. Nachteil ist der höhere Verschleiß, was sie gegenüber den GP5000 im Grunde (noch) teurer macht. Der Mantel baut auf der Felge ca. 1mm weniger breit auf als der Conti. Wer von Conti mit 28mm kommt und es nicht schmaler haben möchte, sollte hier zu der 30mm Variante greifen.
