The Keto Extreme Fat Burner has been a useful addition to my weight loss journey. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels, especially during workouts. It seems to help with appetite control and boosts my metabolism, which has been helpful alongside my keto diet. However, it does take some time to see noticeable fat-burning results. While I’ve experienced some improvements, they haven’t been as fast or dramatic as I’d hoped. That said, it’s definitely working, just more gradually. The capsules are not so easy to take. Overall, I’m pleased with the product’s effects so far, and I look forward to continuing to see results. I’ve deducted one star for the price being a bit higher, but it’s still a solid fat burner.

I really wanted to give these supplements a try, but unfortunately I had an awful experience. The capsules are extremely large, and after taking them I became violently sick and vomited uncontrollably. I appreciate that everyone can react differently to supplements, but I wanted to leave this review to warn other buyers, particularly anyone who struggles with swallowing large capsules or has a sensitive stomach. I certainly wasn’t expecting such a severe reaction. I will not be taking these again and unfortunately cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I started a keto diet eating strictly under 20g carbs per day. I was already gluten and diary free and weighing 9 stone. In two weeks of taking these (three per day,1 morn, 1 lunch, 1 eve) I lost a stone and a half! Also I didn't feel hungry or have any cravings as I'd expected to and my energy levels are amazing! I've levelled out now at 7.5 stone and not losing any more weight but definitely sticking to the keto diet supported by these as I just feel amazing!

Been taking them for nearly a month now, it's exercising that gets fat off, not these keto capsules! I'm a fully qualified fitness instructor, been in hospital for a few months & put fat on with the wonderful NHS carb after carb diet!! Don't waste yer money!!!

I purchased these by mistake. I was horrified when I spotted the ingredients when they arrived. I don't tolerate caffeine and green tea supplements, but something inside urged me to try. No side effects whatsoever. I am a terrible sleeper yet they didn't make things any worse. All good!!
