The pads are nice quality and stick well. I found them comfortable to wear in shoes. So far (in winter), they have not picked up an odor after a few days. In the two weeks I've tried them, I do believe these pads seem to offer some measure of relief from my neuroma.There are two reasons why I am not giving this product five stars. First, as others have mentioned, the adhesive liner is hard to separate from the pad. Ideally, there would be a tab to pull. Second, I was expecting more instructions on placing the pad. There is a tiny diagram included, but I looked for a video elsewhere to help with placing the pads properly.I am expecting to receive a free gift in exchange for my review; however, my views are my own and not influenced by the gift.

I've started having chronic pain in the ball of my foot and need padding below the metatarsals. It's great to have so many of these in a package so you can remove and start over if needed, and put in multiple pairs of shoes. At my podiatrist's suggestion Icut these pads so they are more like the shape of a metatarsal bar at the top rather than a teardrop. It would be great if this company made them in the shape of metatarsal bars at the same price! Unfortunately metatarsal bars are really expensive, especially since you generally can't reposition them once they're in place.

I thought I had calluses on the balls of my feet but the podiatrist told me they were the “knuckles”. My fat pad has totally disappeared making it very difficult to walk. I’m always looking for help. These pads work well to offer that extra protection I need. I don’t put them where they’re designed to be. I just stick them where my feet hurt, on those knuckles beneath my toes. Perfect thickness. I wear them till I shower which is sometimes a day or two latter (in the winter). I like that they just stay where they’re placed.

Great product that has helped my back and feet so much. The adhesive has staying power and does not allow the pads to slide around on my feet when I'm on my feet all day. My feet do slide around a LOT at work and these pads stay put! They are a great product that I have already recommended to co-workers. Love them!

Have ordered these several times to help with my sesamoiditis — super comfy and will stay stuck all day! I've been cutting them to fit precisely what I need and they've made a big difference. Def recommend!

The level of padding is good. I was not exactly sure where to place the pad, but eventually I found a good spot. The pad stays in place very well, and does not slip around. Removing the pad is a bit tricky for me, as I have very sensitive feed, and removing the pad is a bit uncomfortable.

Great adhesion for use in all my shoes.Can be used in Right or Left shoe.Some folks made comments about the backing being difficult to peel off but, I found that if you just bend back a corner , you can lift it off just fine.I would definitely recommend this product.

These Metatarsal Foot Pads worked great for providing relief from a sesamoid bone stress fracture . I simply placed the pad under the ball of my foot where the pain was and it gave me enough lift that I was not applying full pressure on my stress fracture. The 3M adhesive held the pad in place even after wearing for more than 8 hours even if I had moist feet. I was also able to fully remove the pad and re-position it and it still held firm. I strongly recommend this product.
