Buy this! For the price it is a GREAT deal. It has a heavy weight and is perfectly made - I have gotten other similar pieces and there have been mars where the metal meets the glass. This is perfect in presentation with no mars. Aesthetically it is just beautiful and will brighten a dark dresser or space. I use it to display my motivation and rewards prizes in my middle-school classroom to showcase the low-cost highly desirable goodies!

Glance to see all her earrings etc.
I felt sorry for my wife, that her ear rings and other daily/weekly jewelry were collecting dust. This case is simple yet elegant, and she can easily see everything at a glance. And NO DUST! The hinge for the top is also quite useful where the lid can be kept open while she selects which items to wear. CON: It would have been nice to have a dark felt pad at the bottom to contrast her jewelry from the top of her dresser. It would also help to keep her things from shifting when the case is moved. Still a great improvement and a great gift and she is quite pleased.

A good purchase
I love this pretty little box. I purchased it to hold my 3 favorite crystal clusters and it works perfectly to keep them dust free, yet visible for display. Unfortunately my cat knocked it off my tall nightstand and the hinge broke. The glass did not break and protected the crystals from breaking. I’m purchasing a second one because I like it so much. I can easily use the first one without the lid for something else.
