It arrived damaged
The product is made out of styrofoam and was damaged. Part of the alligators snout was missing. And we had to use a tie wrap to put the parts together. Not worth the money. We had to use it damaged to keep the water birds from eating our pond fish.

It is just ok
It arrived with it's tail broken and it's smaller than I thought. Difficult to return so I guess I will try to glue it and move on.

Looked nice, but very fragile
Bought one for a Halloween swamp scene. It looked nice but was smaller than expected, which was my bad for not reading the review. Picture it being about the length of your elbow to middle finger tip.Bigger problem is that these are very fragile. Mine was chipped during shipment, and the chain separated while setting it out. A replacement we got fell to pieces when it was dropped. Fortunately, a little chipping damage isn't all that noticeable, but you'll want be really careful with these and avoid too much jostling.Also, it was not what I got this for, but it did float when I tested it. I only tried it a few minutes, though, so no promises on long-term use in a water feature.

fell apart fast
didn't even last 1 month , bought 2 of them and both fell apart . not worth the effort , did scare the ducks away , but did not last , wish they would have , needed to keep them away ,,

Breaks and chips easily
It was smaller than expected, but the main issue we had was how easily it chips. One of the teeth was broken when we received it, but we glued it back on. We expected it to be a hard plastic, but it seemed like some type of Styrofoam.

Very Tiny, dont be mislead by pictures
I know I should read the details but this item is really small.

Needs better QC
Product arrived with a 2-3" portion of the tail broken off from the tail. Product seemed pretty well packed so I don't know how it happened. Product was alot smaller than I expected. Think more along the lines of a baby cayman/alligator. Overall look was good. Not sure how well it would float as the head portion seemed like it could easily flip upside down. I ended up returning it because it was broken. I didn't order a replacement.

Heads up. Not!
The media could not be loaded. Although I loved the look of the crocodile the funtuction of it was poor. The head of continued to flip over on the wrong side
