I highly recommend these! I just got back from a scorching Disneyland trip during a heat wave – over 90° every single day. Both my brother and I have heat sensitivity, and he's on meds that make it even worse. We used these and they were lifesavers! They literally kept our body temps in check. We didn't even break a sweat. We wouldn't have made it without them! Just a heads up, there's a mild smell, so I recommend applying it to areas where you won't notice it much, like my left wrist. I noticed the smell more on my right, so maybe avoid the face or sensitive areas.

I love these! And I wish I had known about these earlier! It is a lot easier than calling a wet washcloth and putting it in the freezer on and off as I have done in the past for fevers. my daughter loves them as well- but on one occasion she told me that her for head was burning a little. so of course being a mom, I stuck one on my own for head. and honestly it was uncomfortable for me because it was a burning sensation. it basically feels like icy hot and was too intense for me. she used them after and would keep them on... but I noticed when she was preoccupied she was fine, but if she was laying down she'd have to take it off, and put it on. and then take it off "and cool off her head" she said. and so fourth.

Purchased to help keep myself and my family cool in the summer months. Placing them in the fridge does make them work better, but they still seemed to help a bit regardless. We place them on our necks and they are comfortable and sticky enough to stay in place for several hours as long as your skin is dry and lotion free before application. The single packages make them convenient for grabbing what you need on the go.

Heat wave came in pretty bad. We used them. After little bit of sweat. They fell off. It was cold and great idea.

I place these on my chest inside my clothes. As a senior woman,I get extremely over heated. These work very well to bring my temperature down here in the Florida heat. I’m able to walk more comfortably on days with temperatures in the 80 and 90 degree range.

I've been searching for cooling patches to help with a heat intolerance that I developed (along with hot flashes, etc), and until now I've been using cold packs (the one you squeeze and shake) but since they last all of 5 minutes, I've been on the hunt for alternatives. I was hoping these cooling patches would help but they're absolutely pointless. I used it on just a normal 70 degree weather day when I wasn't even hot and it did absolutely nothing. The cooling sensation is just a menthol obviously so it's not an actual *cold* sensation and cannot combat any real heat. I felt a second of "cooling" when I first put the patch on my back, and it went away immediately. I kept it on for about 15 minutes then I took it off. There was a cooling sensation on my back after I took off the patch, but it was a really uncomfortable sensation. Maybe it works better for fevers as the box intended but not for heat intolerances or for any woman looking to combat hot flashes. Back to buying boxes of ice packs.
