Bathroom Faucet for 1 or 3 Holes, Brass, Brushed Nickel

I purchased this to replace a 25 year old Moen faucet in our bathroom. I'm going to break this down into different sections to make it easier to answer any questions you may have. 1. Packaging/contents The packaging is simple, but effective at protecting the contents. Nice wrappings and minimal things to dispose of. It includes everything you need to install. A steel and rubber (not plastic, which is nice) gasket for securing it from underneath the sink. Also, a rubber gasket for directly under the faucet on the top of the sink. Two quality metal mesh water supply lines with standard threading to connect to your shut off valves. 2. Installation Obviously, this is designed for a one hole install, but I had an old 3 hole sink from the late 1970's. Therefore I had to purchase a cover plate which was only $9.95. Note: My center hole on my sink was a little too small to fit the supply lines and mounting screws. I'm pretty handy, but it was easy to drill out the opening with a 3/8" drill bit. Just search the internet for some good tips if you have to do this too. Once I had the opening the right size, the faucet goes in easy and the install screws/nuts/gaskets are nice to work with. I installed new shut-off valves because mine were old and that made it even easier. Once things were tightened properly (but not over-tightened) there weren't any leaks at all. 3. Use/water flow The faucet works very well. Much better flow than our old one, which was in good shape. (I cleaned the aerator regularly because of our hard water.) The flow seemed so much stronger that I measured and timed it. It took 56 seconds to fill a 2 gallon container. So it has just over 2 gallons per minute flow rate. Which is about standard, but seems much stronger than the old one. Which I prefer. Cleans my razor better when shaving. Keep in mind that this doesn't have a pop-up drain built in. I kept ours in, because we never use it really. If someone wants to fill the sink, they'll simply have to reach under the sink and use the lever that is attached to the drain. This is quite easy in our application. Just wanted you to know if yours is different. The action on the lever is smooth and mixes the hot and cold very well. It's not stiff, but it has a nice feel when lifting it up or sliding it to the left/right for hot or cold water adjustments. So you can have a slow trickle or a strong flow and set it to hot/warm/cold water exactly as you like it. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. The spigot sits up a little higher which is nice for filling glasses or even just washing our hands. The parts, install, water flow and action on the faucet are all exceptional. Sure, the styling is a little simple and somewhat modern, but in our typical split-level home it fits in just fine. I hope this review helps you out.

I broke my old bathroom faucet while doing a simple home improvement job. A full remodel of the bathroom is on the to-do list but there are other projects that are higher priority so for now I just needed something cheap to hold me over for a year or two until I gut the whole thing. This faucet fit the bill perfectly. Advertised as $19.99, a coupon appeared when I checked out that took another $2 off the price. This faucet is not perfect but it seems like nitpicking to point out its faults considering how inexpensive it is. That said, I have to agree with other reviewers that this faucet is noticeably louder than the one it replaced. Also, the hot and cold water line connections were too short to reach and I had to take a trip to the store to buy new longer ones. This set me back around $15 for both hoses so even with that, the total cost of this faucet came to around $30. I haven't read too many other reviews from people who had to buy new connections so this might just be a quirk regarding my particular bathroom. Once I had the right connections, installation was easy and took me around ten minutes. The action on the hot/cold lever is smooth and the pressure is quite strong. I can't make any testament to the durability since I just installed it yesterday. Truthfully, I don't need it to stand the test of time. I just need it to hold me over until the big remodel job in a year or two. As of now, this thing is perfect for my needs.

This took us way too long to put in, which was mostly caused by the plumbing in our house and our own frustration. We ended up having to get a longer supply line for the cold water and a flexible drain line, otherwise the drain would have leaked. We also had a very hard time getting access to tighten everything down because of the design of our small vanity. Besides those issues, I found the included directions to be very unhelpful. The directions included brief instructions for a single screw faucet. This however has 2 screws, so the instructions should be slightly different. I think if the instructions were more complete it could have saved us a couple hours of frustration. I plan to buy single screw faucets in the future because they are easier to install. I’m not sure the money saved on this was worth it in the long run. I will post an update if any issues arise. I paired this faucet with a new aerator that includes a movable water filter.

Easy to install and looks amazing I love the look. It's a lot nicer than I expected and now I'm ready to swap out all my faucets to match. Great price and good quality I'm very happy with this product. I was a little hesitant about the water splashing but this is not an issue water flow is good and seems durable.
