FitFlopWalkstar Toe Post Sandals

Really love fit flops. I was having trouble with achillie-itis in my heel, foot. These fit flops have just the right amount of cush. They are comfy and easy to wear all day. Knock on wood, my pain is gone since I have been wearing these, about 6 months now. I use to swear by Vionic, but they get too hard too quickly. I was having to buy a new pair every 2- 3 months because my heels would start hurting really bad. Vionics are pricey and ridiculous. So, my orthopedic doctor recommended fit flops and I love them. They still have the same cush as when new, and have not stretched out. These are pricey too, but for right now, they are lasting much longer. I wear them 14 hours a day and everywhere. Inside, outside, shopping, etc. I put them on when I get out of bed in the morning, and don't take them off until I get back into bed at night. They are still in great shape and show very little wear.

Wow, I’ve had these for a year and I’m amazed. I had my doubts that these sandals with their woven straps, would wear well. I was almost sure, with time they would loosen up too much to wear. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! These sandals fit today the same as the day I first put them on! And they look as great and feel just as good. And be assured, over the last year I have worn them for many, many hours, out and about, not just inside and at home.Now, otherwise, let me tell you about how good these sandals can be for your lower back. This story is about now. It’s spring where we live and like usual I bought too many trees and shrubs (many of them huge) to landscape our very large, sort of mountainous yard. I‘m having to bust to get all that greenery into the ground before it heats up around here. I’m in my early 70s and am just daffy in-love with yard work.When I started with the planting, late last week, by the third day, I was really dragging and at the end of the day I peeled out of my heavy sneakers and put on another of my favorite brand of sandal to relax. That was the WRONG thing to do! I did know sometimes those particular sandals did a mash-up of my lower back. And this time around, they quickly did that — total gridlock in 15 minutes.In agony I almost literally crawled to the closet and pulled out these FitFlops and put them on. Over the next couple of hours and into the next day, I wore them faithfully and my back was almost back to normal in about 36 hours.And I’m now back to planting for too many hours per day and wearing this style of FitFlops on off-hours. Doing that seems to guarantee that my back, if it is thinking about locking up, changes its mind. By the next morning I’m ready for most anything, including wrestling with gargantuan landscape items.LOL, I’m ordering more FitFlops today — this pair in another color and some other FitFlop styles. They look fabulous and for me, they are a wonder cure and preventative for lower back pain.

Love Fit Flops ! Comfortable The Best!

I am retired and enjoy a very casual lifestyle. I wear FitFlops most of the time, and I LOVE them! That said, these are my least favorite pair. This is because the top portion of the sandal that secures the shoe to one's foot is made of elastic, rather than the usual leather, which is on the other 17 pairs in my wardrobe. The elastic doesn't fit securely and it stretches. This causes the sandals to be too loose, so I almost never wear them. It really isn't possible for me to tighten them, as they would have to be taken apart and resewn. As there are so many wonderful leather alternatives available, in just about every color, I recommend not buying this pretty silver shoes, unless you have really tall or wide feet.

These FitFlops fit perfect. They feel very comfortable and are great, especially if you have a wide foot.

I live in Miami and these are my favorite sandals to wear. I don't really buy many other kinds.They provide support and they really feel great. I always feel like I'm floating. They are also very durable. I've had many pairs for several years--although I like to switch it up and there is a good variety of styles and colors. Important to note, when I had plantar faciaitis before I had fit flops, these were the only shoes that made my feet feel comfortable! I love Fit Flops!

Walkstars were my introduction to FitFlops and I now have had more than ten pairs of FitFlops over the past 12 years. I can go all day in FitFlops and they are more comfortable for me than most tennis shoes - not necessarily more cushioney. My plantar fasciitis is non-existent when I wear these and I think I can go longer now when I do have to go barefoot thanks to wearing FitFlops so much.I was excited to get this pair of black Walkstars and found them faster to break in than other FitFlops I've owned. I wear them daily and for everything, from around the house to out to dinner, to running errands - I even walked in Europe in them! I plan to buy another pair when the price is right.
