This flying orb ball is an absolute hit! I bought it for my 9-year-old grandson, and he is completely obsessed. From the moment we turned it on, the bright, colorful lights and cool spinning action had him hooked. It’s so much fun to play with—he loves tossing it and watching it glide and come back like magic. I think Santa meant to bring this for the adults lol We, I mean Santa got this for my 5 year old son. He’s not as mindful about how to position it to let it glide through the air. My husband and I have been playing with it more than the kids. It’s a fun gift and seems durable when bumping into things. The kids like that it lights up. Only downside is that the battery life is very short which I guess is kind of a given on these kinds of toys. Kinda pricey for what it is, but it’s fun and works as it’s supposed to.

I had to wait because the do date they promised was wrong. Once it arrived I can tell that it is cheap made. It didn’t come pre charged like most electronics. So I charged it with the cord provided. It was a little awkward trying to plug it in. It felt like it was going to break. I let it charge an hour about 30 minutes longer than what the directions said. Went to turn it on & nothing. Very disappointed brand new supposedly out of the box & nothing. This was for my grandson birthday & of course he was disappointed that it didn’t work. Now I have to wait another 2 days to get a replacement. Not worth the money or time wasted.

Also how cool is it to throw something and and have it come back to you? During the after-party we charged the drone so we could all play with it and see what it was like. It's crazy, it just zips around the house so fast and random. I was worried it was going to break something in their house! I couldn't get it to hover, it definitely doesn't boomerang; I wouldn't want to use it in a home and outside it would fly away, so maybe in a field? But that doesn't sound very fun. Overall, it's not what we expected and there's no point in having it...You could throw a tennis ball and essentially have the exact same experience. --- Update --- It seems we didn't know how to operate it correctly. Customer service was responsive, and sent instructions for how to do all the things. Good customer service experience. This from CS: We guess you might have some doubts about how to operate this flying toy. There are some tricks that need take some time to practice, but you will find it fun once you get hang of it. - Press the black switch on the end to turn the flying orb ball on. You may need to gently spin the propeller to align the switch through the bars of the protective cage to access it. When pressed, the LED lights will turn on. When you want the flying orb ball to start flying, shake or firmly tap the ball to activate the propeller. When you want to stop flying orb ball, just grasp it and firmly shake it up and down several times, which will deactivate the propeller. It will also stop flying after it bumps into an object and falls to the ground. When the propeller is not spinning, but the LED lights are on, you can locate the black switch and press it in the same manner for turning it on in order to turn it off. The flying orb ball is sensitive to small deviations in angles when tossed. Before tossing the orb, make sure it is oriented correctly in the UP position, which is indicated by the on button being at the top. When you toss the orb, toss it gently and without too much strength as the motor and propeller will provide movement. - Straight Line Boomerang: Grasp the spinning flying ball at the center with your hand, "up" facing upwards, then throw it from the ground by a 10-20 degree angle with the "up" side facing your body yourself. With some practice, it will fly back to you as it follows its original flight path after the flying ball reaches its maximum height. - Magic Levitation: Levitation is a skill that takes time to master as it requires balancing the orb over your hand while it is flight. After you have turned on the flying orb and it is oriented up, hold it with one hand as the propeller is moving and then place your other hand, palm side up, underneath the orb. You will feel wind from the propeller. Using your top hand to brace the flying orb, gently release it and try to balance it between your two hands until you can eventually follow and balance its movement using only one hand underneath it. With enough practice, levitation will become easier. Important Points: When flying orb ball leaves your hand, the "up" side (with the on switch) is the flight direction of the flying orb ball. By giving the ball different levels of throwing force and and different tossing angles, the ball will have different flight paths. Of course, the speed of the propeller is limited by the motor to avoid it flying vertically too high into the sky. Made a purchase for 2 orb balls but only one is working properly. For the price I didn't think the quality would have been this poor. Item was delivered in a very timely manner but my both kids cannot enjoy it. This is an updated review - as stated above, only 1 ball worked. However, the company did reach out to me and generously offered me a replacement ball or a refund. They were kind, professional; patient and understanding and they answered every concern and question I had regarding quality control. I really appreciated the degree of value they placed on me as a customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase from this company. They exceeded my expectations.

Perfect, Fun and is very easy to learn. It flies off at times but overall amazing, works as a fan too!

We bought this for our nephew as a toy and he loves it. It's a little tricky to get the hang of but essentially you can throw it at an angle and it comes back to you like magic. It's hard to get it to hover directly over your hand, so it's a good challenge for the kids. It's light weight and made of plastic so i don't feel worried about it hitting a wall. It shuts off the fans inside automatically if it detects a big bump so it feels really safe. Charges via usb so you'll never have to get replacement batteries. It comes with some stickers and add-ons in the box, but i found it's just fine without them, so you can take this directly out of the box and start right away (maybe you'll have to charge it first, I got about an hour of flight time before having to charge it myself out of the box) If you are looking for a unique toy and something different, and something fun, I would highly recommend trying this out.
