Tedious but works.
The doctor suggested I try this therapy for my hand. I thought this item and read through the instructions. It requires a few hours of your time. First, you have to warm it up and melt the wax. The instructions do not seem to give the results they claim, regarding the heat, but I figured it out. Then you have to let it cool down a bit so you don't scald your hand. After all, melted wax is REALLY hot. I started to dip the hand in bit by bit until it was all covered. Then I put it into the provided glove and bag and kept it there for about 20 minutes, after which the wax was quite hard. After flexing the hand, the wax broke and came off readily. The whole procedure took about two hours. Unfortunately, being a busy person, I don't really have that kind of time, so I will probably not use it very often.Nevertheless . . . . . . .

Pretty good so far
Works good ,deep enough ,stays on for long time , it takes tame to melt the parafine but once is melted it stays warm for few hours before it turns off by it self , arrived on time, well packed, good quality , at looks just like the add, I’m happy that the product so far , I’ll recommend it and def I’ll buy it again

Takes too long to melt
I purchased this because my hands have arthritis and the doctor suggested it might help. It has helped, BUT it takes too long to melt, and once it does it is very hot and you have to let it cool down a little. The on off switch does not work very well either. I was going to send it back but I waited too long to do so. So I kept it.

Price and product both good
Bought this after looking at reviews of other similarly priced units, without any reviews on this one. Used twice so far, and everything is very good. Comes with lots of wax, gloves, and more (as pictured). Using for thumb joint/pain issues, feels good. Everything in box as listed, shipped well/fast, wax smells good (not overpowering). After melting wax on hi, I turn unit off, and wait about 5-10 mins and test temp with a thermometer (needs to be around 1-8-125 at most for safe use, but starts out hotter than that). If any issues come up I'll revise review. Happy so far!
