uniball™ Air Porous Point Pens, Medium Point (0.7mm), Black, 12 Pack

these used to be my holy grail pens until i discovered the pilot v10 1.0. i've been using these pens for about 5 years now, and they were always the first one i'd grab when i needed a pen. my husband would always steal them from me. the ink is so smooth, dense, and juicy. if you're a lefty i would probably not recommend it, as it takes a minute to dry, but i've never had an issue with the ink smearing. it also doesn't bleed through paper. they seem to last forever before running out of ink. i have purchased maybe 2-3 packs in the last 5 years and that's mainly because i lose them...or someone in my family steals them lol. the only thing i don't like about these pens is the removable lid. i wish the tip was retractable. although i have a new holy grail, these will always be in my top 5. GET PENS!! hopefully uniball doesn't ever discontinue them bc then i will have an existential crisis.

I bought these specifically so that I could refill them with waterproof fountain pen ink for sketching, and for a special ink I use at work to write on leather with. I'm primarily a fountain pen user, which has really emboldened me to demand more from other writing utensils--especially in being eco-friendly. There is absolutely no need for disposable plastic pens anymore, except for the fact that companies make it difficult if not impossible to refill the pens. These are super sturdy, the roller ball writes amazingly well at almost any angle, and better yet, they are easy to disassemble and the cartridge inside is perfect for refilling from bottled ink! My only regret is that the box of 12 I bought will probably last me 20-30 years. I'm not even joking. I've even given several away to family members and taken some to work to leave about with explicit instructions to get them back to me when they're empty. I really hope Uni-ball continues to make these pens, and I will recommend them to everyone. It would be even more fantastic if a big company like Uni-ball came out with a product like these pens sold with a bottle of ink (their own if they like), easy instructions, and specifically marketed them as an environmentally conscious pen product. The more "mainstream" refilling pens becomes the better for the planet!

These are really nice bold gel pens! I love anything by Uniball brand, and these are amazing. They write very smoothly and don't skip. I would highly suggest these! I love the dark ink and no-bleed thru.

If you can get past the hefty price tag for disposable pens, these are GREAT ! Living in Colorado, and frequently having to write in sub-zero temps, I need a pen that won't freeze up, and that starts writing as soon as pen hits paper. These deliver in every way ! Try to order the box rather than the smaller packs, to get a better deal. These write with a nice, thick, bold line. But, if you prefer a smaller line, they have the micro version in 0.5mm

This is my favorite pen for sketching. Normally I would rate it five stars, but two out of the 12 pens in the box I bought are slightly defective. The ink flow skips and the line is very thin when you hold the pen completely perpendicular to the paper. They write fine when you hold the pen out of 45° angle to the page. The other 10 pens in the box do not have this problem. I have been buying this pen for years in packs of two or three, and have never had the issue before. I would return this box except that I got such a good price ($8.09/12) it's worth keeping them.

Oh uniball Air - well done! I'm a pen snob. And I had never heard of these, but saw someone online rating all the best porous point pens and this one got me screenshotting what it was. I immediately ordered them and now all of them go missing at work since "apparently" I'm now an office influencer and got everyone addicted to this pen. Careful of the smear though - let dry before you touch it. For any old school paper and pen friends out there - this one is a gem.

Writes nice and dark. No issues with it freezing up or stopping

Product was old and slightly dried out. I use this type of pen regularly and normally it has a very smooth writing style and naturally bold. The pens from this seller were scratchy and not smooth and light compared to the normal rich black ink I get from a three pack .

These pens write amazing. They are very smooth, no smearing and comfortable to hold.

These writing pens are this world's best ink pens. When you start writing with one of these ink pens you do not ever want to stop. I took a box to hide in my desk at work and now, I love work! More so just the parts of work when I have to write stuff with my beautiful ink pens. You can write at any angle so I sign what needs signing; on a desk, on a wall, on chair, and even the ball I sit on sometimes to keep good posture while I am sitting and writing with these perfect pens. I will never use another style of writing pen.
