It’s great this is an all organic product and alternative to coffee. Chicory is known as a prebiotic and for those who are sensitive to coffee or caffeine but want the warmth similar to a coffee; this a good option. The only draw back to this particular one is the flavor profile is more tangy than a pure chicory tea…so I don’t love drinking it plain, but it tastes delicious when you add in a splash of maple syrup with milk (I use Malk almond milk).

I've been dealing with a disruptive medical condition that has changed my entire diet. Coffee and caffeine are off the list for me and the first time I tasted this, I teared up due to it bringing me back to some sense of normalcy. This is incredibly similar to coffee, they even were able to mimic it's slight acidity. My only complaint is I wish they had a bigger size. 1000 out of 5 stars!

Let me tell you, I take my coffee serious, well at least I did when I drank coffee! I no longer drink coffee for health reasons, but I so love the flavor of it. I had bought date seed alternative coffee that tasted good but over time it started to affect my stomach. So I set out to search for another coffee alternative and I found this ... I was hesitant at first because the smell threw me off, it definitely smells like a citrus lemon drink more then a coffee drink but when I mixed it with my usual milk and creamer, I WAS SHOCKED, it tastes a dark roast ice coffee baby! Ill definitely be buying this!!!

I was hoping it was a powder that could be blended in with your milk or choice of liquid, but it’s not it has to be like bruised through a French press source something and it leaves grinds. I was looking for something more like Dandyblend. Daddy blend is delicious and I haven’t tasted this yet, but just the preparation is more than I wanted to deal with so I won’t be ordering it again.

I have been in search of a way to replace my morning coffee. Coffee was messing up my hormones and causing severe reactions. I tried Ryze and Everyday Dose. But both required the addition of milk or half and half. Both have caffeine. Which I’m trying to eliminate and both are subscriptions that are quite pricey. One box of this teas is 50 cups. I like my coffee black. This tea tastes very similar to black coffee with cinnamon. There is an added herb that I also taste but can’t figure out what it is. I like the added taste but if you are thrown off a bitter taste you may not like it. It is very smooth. I made it in my espresso machine and it brewed nicely and even had a foamy top. It smells so good unlike the other alternatives I have tried. Having read about the benefits of dandelion and chicory I am excited to have found such a healthy alternative. ( be sure to research before you buy as there are many side effects to having dandelion root/chicory root if you have certain conditions. ). Highly recommended if you are able to try this.
