This is amazing
I bought this for the bathroom to use on the old tub for the caulking and the seal coming down from the shower wall. I put some of this in a spray bottle and sprayed the whole shower wall and seal, around the faucet.as well. There was a little bit of mold, and it took it off without scrubbing. Then I just it all rinsed off the hot water. You will smell bleach in this product. I turned the ceiling fan on after I was finished. It worked well for me.

Awesome product.
This product is awesome. Had mold bleach would not remove. This product did it in less than 3 minutes. Mold was solid black. In 3 minutes it was white. Used 5 gallons on whole house. Well worth it. House looks like it is freshly painted. Highly recommend.

the BEST mold remover!
I have used other mold removers (including from this brand) and this is by far the best one! It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and this has the quality! Note that you will need a pump sprayer to apply this so the application isn't as easy as the hose attachable spray bottles. I recently made the mistake of trying to use one of those spray bottles and it really only removed 10% of the algae / mold on my vinyl siding. And that left trails of clean areas in the middle of the left over parts - making it look worse! That is likely because the water from the hose was diluting the product. With this version you dump it into a pump sprayer and directly apply - do not dilute! This does mean that you likely need to get up on a ladder to apply it but the results are almost instant. I could see the siding clearing up while I was still spraying! Then everything was clear by the time I put the ladder up so I just used my hose sprayer to rinse it off thoroughly with clean tap water. This product is easy to use, works very quickly, and is extremely effective. There is a chemical smell so I'm sure there is some form of bleach in this - just be aware of this and make sure to pre-rinse and post-rinse any plants in the area. Also I made a point to wear 'work' clothes just in case. 10/10 - will buy again!
