Yes, sometimes the meat sticks. But I have found if you leave it on the burger as it cooks for the first 30 seconds the melted fat will let it come off with a little twist as you lift without sticking.

Seller; is there something different about this one versus the press & burger hat/cheese melt dome set? $20 for a Hulisen 5.5" + dome!?

Only difference is size the 5.5 is smaller but comes with dome. The 6.2 seems heavier and unless you really want dome it seems better I have both.

No it doesn't have a non stick coating on it.
