HULISEN Stainless Steel Burger Press, 6.2-Inch Round Burger Smasher

Great product I use it to smash burgers all the time, also for putting some extra weight on a steak. High quality had it for like 2 years now and it hasn't rusted or anything.

I spent a lot of time looking for a quality press. From other stainless steel presses being too flimsy, or poorly made, a friend recommended this one. There is zero flex even when smashing firmly. Its easy to clean. All around a great purchase if you want to avoid cast iron but still have the rigidity.

Excellent for smash burgers, nothing stuck to the press like others we have used.

Bought this for my griddle/smash burgers. Well made for what it is but a few issues before use. Unlike the product photo, the rivets holding the handle shows through on the belly of the press. Not an issue but food particles can remain on the weld spots so need to be mindful when cleaning. The edges of the steel are sharp. Need to take some 220-grit sandpaper to ease the edges of the circle pad and handle supports. Aside from those things, the handle is welded nicely to the supports and it feels sturdy overall. Looking forward to using it but had to knock off a star for the fabrication issues.UPDATE (10.18.2022): Used the press extensively for smash burgers and it worked very well. I used parchment paper between the press and the beef balls when smashing and have no sticking issues. Item smashes the burger progressively and evenly without sliding around on my griddle. Large diameter handle provides confident grip/hold during pressing action. Cleans up easily with warm water and dish soap. Still keeping it at 4-stars due to the aforementioned fabrication issues (sharp edges), but certainly happy with its performance and functionality. Would buy again. Happy smashing!

I have not used it yet. The press was delivered on time, no damage to the packaging. It is well constructed and has some weight to it. It came out of my dishwasher fine. I had a different press but it was not substantial enough to smash burgers, this one is much heavier and sturdy which I think will get the job done.

I finally found a burger press that I like! All the other presses are so tiny! I don't like a tiny thick burger - just me - so this works out great. Plus, there is no base to clean. I just make a meatball and then press it down to make a thin burger. It looks really big, but when the meat cooks down, it is the perfect size. Easy to clean as it is all stainless. Love it!

solid pressure for the normal backyard griddle/griddle guy who gets drunk and leaves it outside from time to time since it won’t rust as bad as cast iton

Easy to use and clean. I would recommend putting a little oil on the surface before smashing to help keep the meat from sticking. Mine has gotten moderate use and has no signs of wear or deformation.

Amazing little tool for making smashed beef patties. The solid stainless steel design gives a really good, even press and helps create those crispy, caramelised edges you want in a proper smash burger.It’s comfortable to use, feels very well made and sturdy when pressing down super hard, and is very easy to clean afterwards. We use it regularly and it does exactly what it’s meant to do.Highly recommend if you enjoy making burgers at home.

Great smasher. Does what it said it would. Even distribution of force and is very strong. The handle is a solid but held to the main plate with pins. So whilst solid there is a gap between the handle plate and the main plate where water can accumulate. Not an issue as it is stainless steel, but good to know. Not a deal breaker for me.
