I passed these on t someone else because they’re coated with sugar crystals which most people will probably like, but I didn’t. The orange gummies though were nice-but I had to rinse the sugar off-lol!

The flavor is okay on these gummies; orange isn't my favorite, but it's not unpleasant in the least.However, these gummies STICK TO MY TEETH something awful!!!! I take them first with a lot of water and then follow them with two more chewable vitamins (I can't swallow pills), and the other two vitamins help to unstick these vitamins from my teeth fairly well.

The texture is a little weird, but overall a good product.

Yes, these clump together some but it doesn't impede me from being able to take them. These are delicious and I love that they are without gelatin. Vitamin D is crucial to our health and most everyone in the northern hemisphere is deficient.Ask your PCP to check your vitamin D levels on your next bloodwork if they don't already. My new PCP was very thorough and checked mine, it was at 14. Ideal levels are between 50-100. Thankfully I have been taking these (although I do forget often) and am now up to 36. I don't care that they are $15 if they save my bone, joint and teeth health.Vitamin D has many other critical health benefits. There are proven studies that show proper Vitamin D levels improve our strength and even balance especially in older populations.

Flavor and texture of the gummies are good, I started to take due to deficiency but yet to test if it is making a difference. Wife no also takes and loves the flavor. Unfortunately they all clump and stick together, only negative comment I have about the product.

The flavor is okay, nothing great. Edible.My problem is that they stick together in one big clump. I store them in a medicine cabinet with similar vitamins, these are the only ones that clump together. Makes it impossible to get one out, a big struggle every day. Took about 10 minutes to dislodge all of them and put them in a different wider container. Pretty annoying.Other than that they seem to work and have boosted my vitamin D levels a bit after a month or two of use.

I bought this to add D to my vitamin regimen I do like the way it tastes and you try to take it every day two chews.
