Does this figure have any differences to the Earthrise release?

Some of the paint applications are different other than that it’s exactly the same

What kind of car is his vehicle mode?

Wheeljack is a Lancia Stratos Turbo 5.

Is he the same size of titans return krok

They should both be the same size 5.50 inches.

Do the windshield pieces that tuck into his legs in robot mode stay on better than the ones on the Earthrise release?

I'd say it's 5 stars all around. I haven't had any issues with this version of wheeljack, even after multiple transformations, and a couple of falls off of the shelf I display him on. He replaced my Generations Deluxe wheeljack, as that one's joints loosened only after 3 transformations to a point where that one's permanently in alt mode for fear of losing parts.
