This pump is very imressive
When the pump was delivered, I saw the box and my initial thought was "I have purchased the biggest freakin bike pump in the world". Unboxing was awesome and I loved the pump. The gauge is huge and at the top of the pump so you can see the pressure easily. And I love the pressure relief button, so you can dial in the exact pressure needed without needing another tool. Today I changed my girlfriend's Marin Rift Zone over to tubeless. The pump worked like a charm, no issues what so ever. I read some of the other reviews that said it dangerous, ineffective, and flawed. I saw none of that. By this pump!!!!The only problem I am going to have with the pump is to find wht handle bars I want to replace the pump handle with, so I can make it my own.

Bad Tolerances in the Pressure Chamber Head
I was one of the unlucky few to receive a defective item out of the gate. Skip down to "Review" to see what I think about the rest of the pump. The system would pump a tire directly no problem, but in the charge position, you could hear air rushing out of the chamber, somewhere in the head of the unit.Being mechanically inclined, I wanted to know why this was happening, so I took it apart. There are two interfaces between the selector assembly (black plastic) and the pressure chamber lid (appear to be cast pot metal) and found that the O-rings on those two interfaces weren't even touching the sides of the bores in the pot metal, thus allowing air to escape. The way this pump is designed, the air chamber is completely isolated from the circuit during direct pumping via valves and a check valve, so that's why it works fine despite the faulty pressure head.I wound up being able to shim the o-rings on the inner diameter of them using some teflon tape on the black plastic. This caused them to have a nice seat on them when the selector assembly is pressed into the pressure head. (It went from effectively dropping into place, to popping into place.)My pump now works without issue and holds pressure in the green "charged" zone on the dial.Review:Aside from the issue above, everything else about this pump is great. The handlebars are easy to grip, and the wider distance on my hands makes it easier to pump. The gauge is easy to read, and the clamp lever on the stem adapter works really well. I like the length of the hose as well, it makes it easy to pump a bike up on a work-stand.If it wasn't for having to play pump mechanic when I got it, I would have given this 5 stars. This problem is an EASY fix for Blackburn, as all you literally have to do at the factory is flip the handle to "charge" and pump a couple of times. Mine literally wouldn't hold pressure for more than 2 seconds before I fixed it, no matter how hard I pumped. If it weren't for my troubleshooting abilities and mechanical know-how, this pump would have gotten returned, and knowing how retail and manufacturers work in this area specifically, it would have likely been trashed. I'm sick of all the waste going on so I decided to fix it myself.

I was tired of cheap bike pumps
I've always had cheap hand-me-down pumps as long as I've been riding bikes. Then I got my first tubeless setup over the winter and I used my friends pump (this pump), and I realized what I was missing. I bought one that same day.

Solid, but not perfect - gets the job done!
I got this pump in order to seat tubeless MTB tires without buying a compressor or going to gas station air pumps....I had high expectations! Construction of the pump is very solid, and the 4' hose is money! The first time I tried to use the charged chamber to seat my 29x2.3, it did not seat....However, I still had hope. I spend about 2 min pulling the tire beads towards the rim and tried the pump again. Worked like a champ! Note that I took my presta valve inner stem out to get better airflow. This system will be my go-to for years of keeping our 9 bikes running!

A good way to lose some teeth. Avoid this product.
This could have been such a great product! I don't know if mine is defective or just a poor design but when you are filling the chamber to set up a tubeless tire, the one way valve that should keep the pressure in the chamber sometimes fails to capture what you just pushed in and instead opens in reverse shooting all the pressure back into the handle which will quickly recoil and if you're a small person and you are close to the recommended pressure of 160 before releasing to the tire, the recoil is extremely forceful and you could easily be hurt if the handle hits you in the face. Blackburn should probably recall this item if it's not just me. If it's just me than I apologize to Blackburn!

Worked great
Had never replaced a tubeless tire before and this pump made it a breeze. Getting the tire off with my cushcore inserts was a huge pain, but once I got everything set to go, the pump worked great first try. Overall one of the best looking pumps out there too, would recommend.

Ease of pumping to high pressure.
I just went tubeless on my mnt bike. This pump is built like a rock. It’s very sturdy and very plated with its wide base. The handle is practically a real handlebar. The valve to release high pressure is very good. Also, the combined schraeder/peseta valve head works great. Highly recommended.

Sadly defective - apparently some faulty
While a good idea and Blakburn usually a quality product, my pump randomly decided to shoot the handle back in my face after a few pumps - regardless of whether the valve was set to store or pump. I contacted Blackburn directly and they simply answered to return it with no other explanation. Other reviews show it is not a one-off problem

Severely poor quality control
Item arrived faulty. The pump will work in "normal" mode, but when switching to "charge" mode it doesn't store any air at all. Over 60 pumps were made to be sure, and upon switching to release, there was zero air expelled. Judging from my own experience and other reviews, this product has severely poor quality control. I've ordered a Joeblow Charger from elsewhere instead.

Poor very poor
Great product thats why i gave it 1 star but lasted only 17 months used to seat12 tubless tyres and adjust tyre pressures as needed. The problem now after contacting sigma sports they told me to call blackburn who told me to contact zyfisher who told me to contact the original seller as the warranty would be with them. No customer after care for a top of the range product to be repaired/ exchanged poor very poor don't buy.
