Great pairing knife with an excellent edge and handle
Awesome little pairing knife. It's become one of our favorites due to it's extremely sharp edge, how long it holds it's sharpness and balance. The size of the handle is nice for people with average sized hands which makes it a joy to use. Definitely an excellent buy.

Surprising quality for the price
This paring knife is impressively sharp right out of the box and has quickly become a go-to. It’s perfect for peeling or small, precise tasks that a larger knife can’t handle. The handle is comfortable and feels secure in hand, while the overall build feels much higher quality than the price suggests.

Nice knife, quick to dull.
Not impressed with this knife. I used it once and the blade seemed to dull down pretty quick.

Handle size
A handle is far too big for the size of the knife blade. If I could find the box it came in I’d send it back, but I’m stuck with it now as far as I’m concerned it’s useless.

Not for me!
It was very sharp for two minutes! It is heavy and the handle is very bulky, not comfortable in my hand. I should have returned it. After this I bought a few Zwilling, better and cheaper.

Good looks, meh performance.
It's a three dressed up as a nine. Not sharp at all from the factory. The steel is really soft, I doubt it's actually VG10. Forms a really sticky burr that is difficult to remove. Can be made sharp with effort. Price was good on sale and it really looks nice

This paring knife is disappointingly dull — not sharp. Can’t even cut through tomatoes!

Sharp knife.
Well crafted. Blade is very sharp. Handle is a solid piece no worries of splitting or coming apart. Recommend hand washing to keep in top condition.
