I reached out to the seller and they did a refund in a couple hours! **Q: Why is my gel polish not drying on these nails i have tried many diff polishes and i’ve tried using the uv lamp to cure the polish is still tacky** A: Certain gel polish requires you to wipe with alcohol after applying the base coat as well as the top coat. The alcohol will remove any of the polish that is uncured. That uncured polish causes that tacky feeling that you are experiencing. I would also try and leave the lamp on for an extra 30 seconds, just to be sure that the curing process is effective **Q: I used this glue to add on another company’s acrylic nail. How do i remove it when it’s grown out?** A: Take a cotton swab soaked in acetone, place it on your nail, then wrap with foil. Leave on the nail for at least 5 minutes. Remove the foil and check the nail. You can use a file or an e-file to remove the acrylic from there. You can repeat the process as necessarily. If my acrylics start to lift, I just use this to keep them down till I get them done again, also great for gluing on nail tips. It's the best type of glue I have found for my nails since I am pretty rough with them. It does leave that kinda tacky thin layer on top even after cured, so you def have to put a top coat on. It is very hard to get off though, you have to file it off.
