Do not buy this if you are not in India. Apparently the app doesn't work if you do not have an Indian number. Don't waste your money, I wasted my time with their customer service they take long to reply without any helpful replies.

I have tried for over a week to set up my account and I cannot even get past receiving an OTP to verify mobile service. Due to this I cannot set up the product. Contacted care on WhatsApp, no reply. Disappointed

I was searching for a baby monitor to gift my friend on her baby shower when I found this new product. It is good to see a brand from India selling here. The design is unique and perfectly fits in for my friend’s This gift made her the happiest. Totally worth it!

Horrible Product & Service – Stay Away from Qubo! I made the biggest mistake by trusting Qubo Baby Camera for my child’s safety, and it has been an absolute nightmare from day one! Constant Disconnection: The camera randomly disconnects all the time, leaving you completely helpless when you need it the most. Imagine being away from your baby, checking the app, and finding out it’s not working—again! This has happened to me multiple times in just two months, and out of those 60 days, I doubt it worked for even 10-12 days properly. Pathetic Customer Support: Their so-called “support” is just 9 AM to 6 PM—when most people are at work! And guess what? They only help through WhatsApp chat, where they keep giving scripted responses with no real solution. If you are in the office and report an issue, they will ask for a physical scan of the camera—how is that even possible? No Proper Call Support: When I requested a call, I was simply ignored. You will be left struggling alone with this broken device and their non-existent service. Ridiculous Single-Device Access Policy: When I asked to add access for my wife, they told me only one phone can use it! Their “solution” was to force my wife to log in using my Apple ID—seriously?? This is not just inconvenient but also a security risk. Misleading Branding – Don’t Fall for the “Hero” Name: The name “Hero” might fool you into thinking it’s related to Hero Group (auto), but this is just a cheap, overpriced, rebranded Chinese product with a local sticker slapped on it. Final Verdict: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This camera has caused nothing but stress, frustration, and worry. If you truly care about your baby’s safety, avoid Qubo at all costs. It is unreliable, overpriced, and completely useless!

After using it for almost 6-7 months now, I can say that this does give a good monitoring for your baby. The range of the camera is good, night vision is clear enough to see during the lights of the room is off. The microphone sound is also good enough to let you aware about your baby's movement. The only Difficulty I found is every single time we move in to a different wi-fi, it has to be reset/ update wi-fi setting. Even though all these different wi-fi connections were pre saved. Because of this sometimes it doesn't recognise the changed wi-fi(although it was being connected to it earlier) and have to reset the device. And for my device the reset button is defective which I was able to find after a month of use. Overall from my end I can give this device a rating of 4 out 5

Bought this from Amazon India, got a good offer. But this comes without SD Card which is required to record your monitoring to check for later use. Product is good, in night mode it provides a good nearby vision but works as black N white mode. Product must require subscription in order to get that cry detection works. It’s not a wireless cam. Also, we bought a web cam stand to hold this device on baby’s crib. Stand is movable and that is good too. After using the product for so many months now, I broke it from the base of penguins as it’s very delicate from that area with a single fall from my baby’s crib.

I bought this product 2 months ago and I love it. Very easy to install and configure. You just need a good wifi network and plug point (preferably close to your baby's crib) There is an app which you will need to install from the app store and then you can start using the live cam. The video quality is good (adjustable for low and high as per your network usage), covers the whole room, has built in audio and mic use to talk back and the motion detection feature which gives a immediate notification on you phone is amazing. The audio is not 100% good. It picks up all the surrounding notices aswell. And for the baby cry detection you will have to pay extra and enable it if you want which will also give you option to use the cam on 3 different devices. You can also insert a micro SD to record the video as required.
