Is there a video how to open the mechanism and attach the bedframe

I haven't found any videos however the instructions that come with the mechanism are very basic. Richelieu.com have an identical item that has an online instruction sheet that is much more complete and very helpful

The plate that the slid box for legs is mounted is approx. 1/8" thick. The actual box that the leg slides into is 1" x 1" square. The square portion of the leg is approx. 7/8" x 7/8". The circular portion is 3/4" is diameter.
